Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

Eligible small paper goods are shipped via USPS. The default shipping method is Standard Letter Mail in a paper envelope and does not include tracking. Tracked shipping is available as an upgrade at checkout.

Shipping methods for original artwork and other products will be stated on their product pages.

Free Standard Letter Mail is included for eligible small paper goods. A rigid mailer with USPS tracking is available for an additional $5 at checkout.

Shipping charges for original artwork and other products will be listed separately when those items become available.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please contact Anna Lu Studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
